Seasonal Six-Course Omakase Experience

Before welcoming members to NomaEN, we are inviting a limited number of Founding Members and their prospective guests to experience an exclusive six-course omakase curated by Master Chef Taishi Noma.

Each dinner is intentionally limited to just 10 seats, allowing Chef Noma to personally prepare and present every course while offering a level of hospitality and interaction that reflects the experience members can expect at NomaEN.

Every menu celebrates the season, showcasing premium ingredients, refined Japanese technique, and the spirit of omotenashi—thoughtful hospitality that anticipates every detail.

Proceeds from each omakase dinner will benefit the Dublin Education Foundation, helping to create educational opportunities for students in our community.

• Reservations are required and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, modifications may be limited due to the nature of omakase
